- Phase-I, the exam will be Objective type (Multiple Choice Questions).
- Each question will carry equal 1 (one) mark.
- There will be negative marking of one-fourth (1/4) of the mark assigned to that question.
- If a question is left blank, there will be no negative marking for that question and no marks will be allotted.
- The marks obtained in Phase-I will NOT be reckoned in the final merit ranking.

FCI Recruitment 2022 Salary
Upon successful completion of the six-month training term, Management Trainees would be given consideration for absorption as Managers in the IDA Pay bracket of Rs. 40000 – 140000. For Managers (Hindi), there won’t be any training; instead, they’ll be hired on the spot.
