- Scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG format. जेपीजी फॉरमैट पर स्कैन किया हुआ फोटोग्राफ्स और सिग्नेचर स्कैन करके रखना चाहिए।
- Size of scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb. स्कैन किया हुआ फोटोग्राफ 10 किलोबाइट से 200 किलोबाइट के बीच में होना चाहिए।
- Size of scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb. फोटोग्राफ के सिग्नेचर की साइज 4 किलोबाइट से 30 किलोबाइट होना चाहिए।

- Scanned image of photograph clearly showing complete face from chin to head having straight eye contact with the camera with both ears visible in appropriate contrast on light shade plain background without any kind of sunglasses/spectacles स्कैन किया हुआ फोटोग्राफ का बैकग्राउंड सही होना चाहिए चेहरे पर किसी तरह का सनग्लास से चश्मा नहीं होना चाहिए जिससे कि चेहरा कायदे से दिखाई दे इसलिए इन बातों का ध्यान रखकर ही फॉर्म भरना चाहिए।

पोर्टल पर सफलतापूर्वक ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण करने के उपरान्त आपको पोर्टल मे लॉगिन करना है।
